Robin dreamt of becoming a professional golfer, but felt that his ambitions demanded more from him. He worked in the banking and insurance world for several years before moving to the recruitment & selection sector in 2005.
The human factor involved on both the client and candidate sides make this profession a way of life for Robin and it doesn’t feel like work. His business background means that he is able to get to know the organisation more broadly and to build relationships.
Robin is the manager of the Business Unit Technology and ICT and as such has ownership of sales and management positions within Luke. His interest in the market, in which digitalisation and innovation are key, means that contact is pleasant and he is able to meet client needs successfully.
